Media Buyer​

​The Buyer is responsible for finding ideal locations for clients to advertise and coordinating the entire media acquisition chain. The Buyer should be proficient with multiple platforms, particularly Strata. The Buyer should be engaged with client and company strategy bringing a strategic approach and strong enthusiasm to the position that constantly hunts for the best ways and places for disseminating campaigns.
​KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•    Managing social media campaigns
•    Data analysis and A/B testing
•    Coordinating all aspects of the buying process
•    Developing strong working relationships with vendors
•    Managing clients’ expectations and being consistent with deliverables
•    Keeping up with the latest trends in media
•    Reporting on new media and technology opportunities
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
​B.A., at least two years of media buying experience.
Native or fluent English required; other languages an advantage
Self-organized, capability to manage several projects
Adaptability to changes in SEO, PPC rules and trends
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of Strata and at least one other buying platform

PPC Account Manager

​The PPC Account Manager is responsible for representing Globacon to each respective client from campaign creation through constant updates and reporting. The account manager will build, strategize, execute and monitor PPC campaigns, mainly through Google but possibly also Bing or Yahoo. Account managers are expected to regularly check analytics to detect trends, changes in traffic, new opportunities and plugging gaps.
​KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage PPC campaigns including keyword research, ads, working with the media buying team, and optimization of landing pages
  • Ensure seamless integration with Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools, constant monitoring of client websites and traffic statistics
  • Being aware of new rules for PPC and SEO in Google updates, release of new products that would help manage campaigns
  • Regularly producing deliverables / reports for clients
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
  • B.A., at least 1-3 years of Adwords and SEO experience
  • Native or fluent English required; at least one other Indian language required (multiple a plus)
  • Self-organized, capability to manage several projects at once
  • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Adaptability to changes in SEO, PPC rules and trends
  • Experience with WordPress (Drupal and Joomla a plus)
  • Experience with retargeting campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, Microsoft Excel
